Multi-tenant platforms that carry a full operating cycle: fine-grained role permissions, documented procedures, e-invoicing, and dashboards that give the state of the day at a glance.

We put AI inside the procedure itself, at the step where the work is done. Inference runs on the user's own device where privacy requires it, and the last call stays with a person.
In service today: On-device WebGPU skin analysis, a SOAP note draft the clinician signs off, and a computed priority center.
Tenant isolation enforced in the database itself, encryption on personal-data fields, passkeys, a complete audit trail, and e-invoicing built to the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
In service today: UBL invoicing with a verified hash chain, and payments through a provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
Native RTL support that reaches into the data model itself, and interfaces drafted in Arabic first and carried into English afterwards.

Systems that keep working when the connection drops and sync their changes when it returns. They meet other systems through documented APIs and a FHIR gateway for the health sector.

The operating system for aesthetic clinicsISHRAQ
Ishraq is the Arabic word for sunrise. It is a multi-tenant platform that carries the patient journey from one end to the other: public booking, then verified consent, then the session, then the e-invoice, then the loyalty program. Its AI works inside the procedure itself, and control stays with the clinic.
The clinic day opens on a computed priority list: what needs the owner's attention now, what puts today's revenue at risk, and the next step for each team.
Figures read out of the platform's source code as it stands today, not from a marketing deck.
Each station prepares the next: booking data sets up the consent, the consent opens the session, and the session issues the invoice and schedules the aftercare.
Fitzpatrick typing runs on the user's own device through WebGPU. Images do not leave the clinic without explicit consent.
A full path from first inquiry to booking, with WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns run from inside the system.
Revenue for the day and the month, payment methods, and package performance, presented in Arabic and English.

Structured clinical documentation: the plan, the exercises, pain assessment, and voice notes taken in the browser.
A library of 60 clinical exercises written in professional Arabic and English. The therapist assigns what fits the patient and tracks adherence.
Packages, installments, shared beneficiaries, server-generated PDF invoices, and an accounts-receivable aging report.
The blackout test
The device holds every change in a local queue, each one carrying an identifier that keeps it from being applied twice, then uploads all of them when the connection returns. It is a web app that installs on the device and behaves like the apps already on it.
